1. Introduction:
This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Treble Makers Music Scholarship Program (“the Scholarship”). By applying for the Scholarship, you (“the Applicant”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
The Applicant must meet all the eligibility criteria as detailed in the “Eligibility Criteria for the Treble Makers Music Scholarship Program” document. The School reserves the right to verify any information provided in the application.
3. Application Process:
The Applicant must ensure that all information provided during the application process is accurate and complete. Any form of false representation or omission of details can result in immediate disqualification from the Scholarship.
4. Award Details:
The Scholarship will cover tuition fees for the specified music course/program at Treble Makers Music School. The Scholarship does not cover any other costs like transportation, accommodation, or instrument purchase unless explicitly stated.
5. Utilization of Funds:
The Scholarship funds will be directly credited to the Applicant’s tuition account with Treble Makers Music School. No funds will be transferred directly to the recipient’s personal account.
6. Commitment to the Program:
Scholarship recipients must commit to attending the entire duration of the program/course for which the Scholarship is awarded. Failure to attend without valid reasons (medical or emergencies) can result in forfeiture of the Scholarship.
7. Progress and Performance:
Recipients must maintain a satisfactory level of progress in their musical journey. Periodic assessments or progress checks will be conducted. Failure to meet the expected performance standards can lead to the discontinuation of the Scholarship.
8. Publicity:
Scholarship recipients may be requested to participate in publicity activities related to the Scholarship, including interviews, photo sessions, or promotional events. The School reserves the right to use the names, images, or performances of recipients for promotional and advertising purposes.
9. Termination:
The Scholarship can be terminated under the following circumstances:
- If the recipient fails to adhere to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
- Unsatisfactory progress or conduct.
- Provision of false information during the application process.
10. Privacy:
Personal data of all applicants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details will be used solely for the purpose of this Scholarship and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Applicant’s consent, except as required by law.
11. Changes and Amendments:
Treble Makers Music School reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Scholarship at any point in time. Applicants and recipients will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Treble Makers Music School operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Virginia.
Acceptance:
By signing below, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
